An item is sold out online will you make any more stock?
This all depends on fabric and production. We run in monthly drops so try to bring in new styles and fabrics each month so we aren't producing mass amounts of each product. But when demand is high and we have more fabric re-runs sometimes happen.
Do you have your clothing in stores?
No sorry we don’t, we are online only.
What payments do you offer?
Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay & Laybuy
Once I have made an order can I change information on it?
No. Once an order is made we can make changes provided the order hasn't already been shipped. Email contact@akkajo.com for changes to your order.
How do I know when you have a new collection release coming?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from New Zealand and shipping times differ depending on your location. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more info on your location.

Yes, we offer free Worldwide shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My order arrived but I want to return or exchange?
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@akkajo.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Can I exchange sale items?
No. Sale items cannot be returned.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

How do preorders work?
Once a preorder is made all info on delivery will be on our website along with garment info.
Can I get a refund on a preorder?
No, we will give you a store credit so you can choose something else.
Can I buy more than one preorder and return one that doesn't fit?
